Developer indicted in college admissions scandal lists Laguna Beach home for $18 million

Real estate developer Robert Flaxman, sentenced to one month in prison for paying to rig his daughter’s college entrance exam in 2016, has put his oceanfront house in Laguna Beach’s Emerald Bay on the market.
The asking price is $17.995 million.
Constructed in 2004 in one of Orange County’s priciest guard-gated enclaves, the 6,169-square-foot house has five bedrooms, an open floor plan and an entertainment room with a full wet bar and walk-in wine cellar.
