Detectives investigate fatal shooting in Norwalk

A male was fatally shot in Norwalk on Sunday night and investigators sought clues from the public about the crime.
Rosecrans Avenue was closed for the investigation between Gard and Flallon avenues.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department urged people to avoid the area with a social media post at 7:43 p.m. The department later said the victim had died at the scene and homicide detectives were called there.
