Del Taco will roll out Beyond Tacos everywhere on April 25

Del Taco has made it official that Beyond Tacos will go national on April 25.
The news isn’t much of a surprise since the Lake Forest-based fast food chain has been teasing the date on signs in its stores.
The tacos feature Beyond Meat, a plant-based alternative to meat filling.
