Defendant in Perris torture case still seeking to view confidential documents in probate case

There was no resolution Friday, Jan. 11, to a probate case in which Perris torture defendant David Turpin sought to view what are described as confidential documents. One of his daughters, identified in court records as Jane Doe No. 7, had objected to Turpin’s petition, according to Riverside County Superior Court records.
