Deadly Woolsey fire is now 100 percent contained

Firefighters completed a line around the Woolsey fire burning in Los Angeles and Ventura counties Wednesday, Nov. 21, the Los Angeles County Fire Department said.
The 100 percent containment was announced at 6:30 p.m. Containment, which had been at 98 percent Tuesday night, is reached when crews create a line around the fire and the flames are not expected to jump the break.#WoolseyFire *UPDATE* Incident Fact Sheet for Wednesday evening November 21st: 96,949 and 100% contained. @LACOFD @VCF
