Was Birch Hills Golf Course really remediated to levels safe for golfers, trail walkers, bike riders and folks just wanting to enjoy the view from the Tree House Bar & Grill?  Some people are saying additional assessments – Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments – should have been completed.
