Daniel Sprong fitting in nicely with Ducks after trade from Penguins

PITTSBURGH — Daniel Sprong didn’t want to touch a reporter’s question with the blade of his hockey stick Monday morning. He wouldn’t say whether he received a fair shot at proving his NHL value to the Pittsburgh Penguins, the team that drafted him and, ultimately, traded him Dec. 3 to the Ducks.
Then again, he didn’t need to say a word.
