The City Council on Tuesday will discuss a proposed two-year capital improvements budget of $10.55 million. This includes an investment of $4,475 million in FY 2018 and $5,575 million in FY 2019. The budgets includes projects for traffic safety, storm drain repairs, parking lot maintenance and a budget to maintain the water quality division. The meeting starts at 6 p.m. at City Hall, 33282 Golden Lantern.
