PICO RIVERA — By scoring near its average per game for the season, Cypress was in complete control from the outset, routing El Rancho, 45-0, in a nonleague game Friday at El Rancho High.
Alex Ashcraft led the attack for the Centurions (4-0), completing 17 of 30 passes for 331 yards and five touchdowns and rushing for 36 yards on 10 carries.
