CUSD schools to resume workouts Aug. 18

The Capistrano Unified School District today announced that its high school sports programs can begin conditioning workouts Aug. 18.
Workouts must be outdoors only. Football is limited to 50 players at a time on the field. Baseball and softball are restricted to 20 players at a time on the field and aquatics are limited to 20 athletes on the pool deck.
