Culinary Masters event cooks up funds for culinary careers

Caviar tarts, quail egg raviolo, lobster, beef tenderloin and a spectacular sunset made for a magical late October evening at the Montage Laguna Beach. The oceanfront resort hosted a culinary dinner led by Michelin-honored and James Beard Award winning chefs Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud and Paul Bartolotta.
