NORTHRIDGE — UC Irvine athletic director Michael Izzi was hired Monday as Cal State Northridge’s athletic director.
Izzi succeeds Brandon E. Martin, who was fired March 7. The firing of Martin and men’s basketball coach Reggie Theus came less than 24 hours after they were allegedly involved in a fight, the Los Angeles Times reported.
