Baker Block, a 240-unit apartment complex in Costa Mesa, has sold for $113.5 million, or $473,000 per unit, to Baker Block Associates LP, according to Cityview, the seller.
Baker Block Associates plans to maintain the property long-term and continue Baker Block’s current operations as a Class A apartment community, according to a statement.
