Corona del Mar’s Griffin commits to Cal Poly SLO

Corona del Mar senior safety/wide receiver Tommy Griffin committed to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Sea Kings coach Dan O’Shea reported today.
Griffin (6-2, 185) last season had three interceptions including one in the final seconds of the Sea Kings’ 35-27 win over San Mateo Serra in the CIF State Division 1A championship game as Corona del Mar finished 2019 with a 16-0 record. O’Shea said Griffin also had offers from San Jose State and UC Davis.
