Q. Please tell us about your role.
A. Once a couple has booked their wedding with us, I become their main point of contact for all elements being provided by the resort for their big day. I take time to meet with our couples to discuss their vision and dreams. I take that detailed information to our partners to make sure we provide them with an incredible experience. It’s a very creative process that takes time, patience and a lot of communication.
