Construction may slow commute to CSUF classes

Traffic is constricted down to one lane each way on State College Boulevard as construction on sewer improvements along State College Boulevard has begun and will continue through 2018. A crane hoists a block of solar panels up to the top level of a CSUF parking structure near the Titan Student Union building.
