Columbia Middle School teacher overseeing growing music program

Warren Scott is in his fourth year heading up Columbia Middle School's music program, which includes orchestra and choir. Under Scott's tutelage, nearly half of all sixth-graders at the school are enrolled in band and 200 students are in some form of music class.
