Clippers sign guard Sean Kilpatrick, continue talks with Tyrone Wallace, C.J. Williams

LOS ANGELES — The injury-depleted Clippers were in need of a guard, what with Patrick Beverley sidelined for the rest of the season after undergoing knee surgery Nov. 22 and Avery Bradley sitting out for a to-be-determined number of games because of a sports hernia injury.
