This much we know: Paul George’s “new shoulders” work well from deep.
Coming off of a pair of offseason surgeries to repair a small labrum tear in his left shoulder and a partially torn tendon in his right, George is taking and making 3-pointers at a career-best clip in his first season as a Clipper.
He’s taking 9.9 of the Clippers’ 32.6 attempts from behind the arc per game, and he’s draining 41 percent of them.
He said recently that it’s coming easily.
