City manager who helped develop vision for Lake Forest retires Friday

Robert Dunek walked through Lake Forest Sports Park on Dec. 29, happily surveying the fields filled with soccer players warming up for practice.
“This thing is getting a lot of use today,” he said. “Must be because of winter break.”
