Chino packer recalls more than 12 tons of beef

More than 12 tons of beef from a Chino plant are being recalled as unfit for human consumption after a carcass under inspection accidentally went back into processing before its test results had returned, the U.S. Department of Agriculture reported.
The health risk is rated low, and the USDA said in a Saturday release there have been no reports of illness connected with the products, which have  “EST. 34741” inside the USDA mark of inspection.
