Chargers OTAs notebook: Melvin Gordon, Melvin Ingram to return next week

COSTA MESA — Every player named Melvin on the Chargers’ roster will be present for next week’s minicamp, according to Coach Anthony Lynn.
Running back Melvin Gordon and defensive end Melvin Ingram are the only players on the 90-man roster who haven’t participated in the Chargers’ offseason program, which has been voluntary. Lynn expects to welcome his two star players back for when the workouts become mandatory.
