Chapman's conference on local government returns for its second year

Organized by Fred Smoller of Chapman's political science department, the conference will feature a diverse panel of experts including several Chapman professors. Other big names include state Secretary of State Alex Padilla, Anaheim Mayor Tom Tait and Santa Monica City Manager Rick Cole. The conference will analyze local government's current state.
