Canyon’s win over El Modena moves things around in O.C. top 25

Sometimes, one game can scramble the Orange County football top 25.
That game last week was Canyon 17, El Modena 14.
El Modena was No. 18 in last week’s top 25 poll that comes from the votes of 10 Orange County media members who cover county football. The Vanguards were 4-1 with their only loss by seven points to then- and current-No. 12 Villa Park.
Canyon was not in the top 25 last week.
Obviously, such a win had to put Canyon in this week’s 25. The Comanches are No. 21.
