Can tea business, community both win when customers pay what they want?

Friends called Robert Hoang and Truong Kim downright crazy when they heard about their plan.
Hoang’s own mother, a seamstress refugee from Vietnam, cried when he told her. The world is evil, she said, begging him not to do it.
But Hoang and Kim hold the opposite view. The world is inherently good. People are inherently good.
