California to work with theme parks before issuing reopening guidelines, state officials say

California has tapped the brakes on plans to issue guidelines this week that would allow Disneyland, Universal Studios Hollywood and other theme parks to reopen after industry officials asked to offer more input on proposed COVID-19 health and safety protocols.
