California needs more economic freedom
Economic freedom in California edged up slightly — very slightly — in one index of economic freedom this year.
California was ranked 47th in the nation in the Fraser Institute’s annual Economic Freedom of North America report. Previously, California came in at 49th. That’s progress, of sorts.
