California has the power to reverse opioid overdose, but will it take action?

California has the immediate opportunity to help save many lives. The state should act on this opportunity, without delay, so that parents and families do not have to experience the indescribable and unimaginable pain of losing a child, like I, and thousands of others in the state have.
