Cal State Fullerton pioneers course on using robotics to streamline accounting

Artificial intelligence has come to Cal State Fullerton’s accounting department.
This past semester, the department offered graduate students ACCT 503, a “toolbox” course for data analytics and robotics process automation. The class was part of a partnership between the department and UiPath, a New York-based RPA software company, to prepare accounting students for the reality of automation and “the future of work.”
