Cafe Sevilla to replace Saddle Ranch Chop House at Triangle Square in Costa Mesa

Cafe Sevilla will replace the shuttered Saddle Ranch Chop House at Triangle Square with Spanish-European food, music and dancing.
Saddle Ranch had been in the top floor space for five years before closing in March 2018.
