Buena Park beauty salon catches fire

BUENA PARK A beauty salon in Buena Park caught fire Sunday, June 4, according to fire officials.
The fire was called in a little after 1 p.m., according to Orange County Fire Authority public information officer Stephen Horner.
When firefighters arrived at Mary Lee’s Beauty Salon, at 8227 Commonwealth Ave., there was black smoke coming from the building.
The business is part of a single story strip center, according to Horner.
Nobody was inside the building and there were no injuries.
