Breeders’ Cup: Bob Baffert brings quality, not quantity

Bob Baffert started a personal-high 11 horses in the 2017 Breeders’ Cup at Del Mar, but he’ll have only four this year when the two-day event is held for a record 10th time at Santa Anita on Friday and Saturday.
Baffert will send out McKinzie in the $6 million Classic, Improbable in the $1 million Dirt Mile, Eight Rings in the $2 million Juvenile and Bast in the $2 million Juvenile Fillies.
