Brea home sales jump 24% to start 2017

Homebuying in Brea in 2017’s first three months easily beat the countywide sales pace.
Using CoreLogic data, we compared homebuying patterns from January to March from this year and 2016. We found sales in Brea rose as 140 residences sold in the past 12 months vs. 113 a year ago. That’s a gain of 24 percent vs. an increase of 3.5 percent countywide.
