Blaze Bernstein murder case: Samuel Woodward will be charged with a hate crime, DA says

SANTA ANA – Samuel Lincoln Woodward will now face a hate-crime enhancement as well.
If prosecutors win their case and convict him on all charges, he would be eligible to receive a sentence of life in prision without the chance for parole.
The new charge was announced by the Orange County District Attorney’s Office on Thursday afternoon.
