Beverly Hills police catch armed robbery suspect after 3-hour search

BEVERLY HILLS — Police closed off streets and stores were locked down Saturday night as police spent about three hours searching before arresting an armed robbery suspect, authorities said.
The robbery occurred about 5:35 p.m. in the 300 block of North Canon Drive, between Wilshire and Santa Monica boulevards, said Beverly Hills police Sgt. T.
