Best thing I ate: This Thai shrimp salad is a game-changer

When placing my order at Sumran, a Thai restaurant in Westminster, I’m quickly ticking through a half dozen dishes. After each item, the waiter quickly nods without writing anything down, but the instant I mention “naked shrimp,” he raises his hand to stop me from going any farther.  
“The shrimp in that dish are raw,” he says. 
I nod my head yes.
