Best thing I ate: This Thai pork jerky is peerless

Deep-fried beef jerky is one of those classic Thai dishes that most Thai restaurants in America fail miserably at, if they attempt it at all. I’ve previously championed the beef jerky at Chada Thai in Garden Grove. It might even be the best beef jerky of any Thai restaurant in California.
