Anyone who has ever eaten at Pho 79 in Little Saigon knows two things for certain. One: The oxtail pho is incredible, the absolute best of its genre. Two: You will always have to wait in line, no matter the time of day.
Well, great news: The family behind Pho 79 has just opened a new restaurant in a freshly built complex across the street from Bella Terra in Huntington Beach (technically this corner of the intersection is Westminster) — where they serve exactly the same oxtail pho.
