Best thing I ate: Oaxaca-style chilaquiles with chorizo

The long-running Casa Oaxaca in Santa Ana has changed its name to El Mestizo. (Mestizo is the Spanish word for squash blossom.)
I’m told there has been absolutely no change of ownership or kitchen crew. And while the name above the door has already been repainted, the new menus have yet to be printed. So for now, the menus still carry the name Casa Oaxaca.
