Balanced offense helps Ducks scorch Sharks at rookie showcase

Sam Steel each factored in three goals and four other Ducks had multi-point efforts as they piled it on late in a 7-1 rout of the San Jose Sharks in the 2017 Prospect Showcase at SAP Center in San Jose.
Steel scored twice, with his second coming on a three-goal outburst at the end of the third period to blow open a 4-1 contest. Mitch Hults, Alex Dostie and Tyler Soy each had a goal and an assist while Kevin Roy recorded two assists.
The Ducks have never trailed in outscoring Arizona and San Jose
