Austin Barnes will get the majority of Dodgers’ playing time at catcher

GLENDALE, Ariz. — If there was a job to be won, Austin Barnes has won it – or at least most of it.
Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said Thursday that he expects the playing time at catcher to tilt in the younger Barnes’ favor this season with 36-year-old veteran Russell Martin in a lesser role.
