Arts Preview: In visual arts, Orange County steps out into the world

Increasingly, O.C.’s art scene is getting noticed outside our borders, and our county is becoming more integrated into the larger visual-arts landscape. That trend is exemplified by the ambitious Getty-led survey of Latin American and Latino art, “Pacific Standard Time: LA/LA,” which counts four Orange County galleries and museums among its 70 participating institutions.
