Arizona QB Khalil Tate will not play against UCLA

LOS ANGELES — The path to UCLA’s second win of the season appeared to get easier Tuesday as Arizona quarterback Khalil Tate has been ruled out for Saturday’s game at the Rose Bowl with an ankle injury, Wildcats head coach Kevin Sumlin said.
