Angels to call up pitching prospect Patrick Sandoval

CLEVELAND — Patrick Sandoval, one of the Angels’ top pitching prospects, is on his way to the big leagues.
Sandoval will be promoted and make his big-league debut with a start Monday in Cincinnati, sources confirmed.
Sandoval, 22, has a 5.71 ERA over 20 games this season at Double-A and Triple-A.
