THE GAME: An Angels roster lacking all but a handful of regulars lost 4-2 to a familiar group of Seattle Mariners before an announced crowd of 9,756 at Peoria Sports Complex.
PITCHING REPORT: Angels starter Tyler Skaggs allowed three hits in three innings, including a two-run home run to Jean Segura. He walked two batters and struck out three.
