Angels Notes: Tyler Skaggs’ setback is ‘disturbing,’ says Mike Scioscia

BOSTON — When Mike Scioscia was asked about the setback Tyler Skaggs suffered in his rehab from a strained oblique, the Angels manager’s answers were short, and ominous.
“It’s disturbing,” Scioscia said.
