Andrew Heaney to return to Angels rotation on Sunday
ANAHEIM — Andrew Heaney, the Angels’ most consistent starter a season ago, is finally going to make his 2019 debut on Sunday.
After missing nearly two months because of elbow inflammation, Heaney was cleared on Friday, a day after throwing a bullpen session and four days after striking out 10 in 4-1/3 scoreless innings at Triple-A.
