Anaheim's Halloween Parade stays old, in a good way

"This was one of the silliest ideas we came up with, but Gretchen liked it and we just moved ahead," said Anaheim artist Kevin Kidney. For a third consecutive year, Kidney and his partner, Jody Daily, are crafting whimsical autumn images for the long-running Halloween parade by tapping into more than 20 years of experience of designing floats for Disney theme parks. "As Halloween gets bigger and bigger, it seems like the holiday is losing it's charm a little," Daily said.
