Anaheim's acting police chief defends officers' actions...

Anaheim police say that 35-year-old Christopher Eisinger, seen here in a Dec. 2017 booking mug, is hospitalized with serious injuries and investigators are trying to determine if they were sustained during a March 2 confrontation with officers when they were trying to arrest him. The Orange County District Attorney's Office is also investigating the incident.
