Anaheim votes to put 2 luxury hotel projects on 2018 ballot

The Wincome Group submitted plans this week to build a 580-room luxury hotel at the site of the Anaheim Plaza Hotel & Suites. The $160 million project will be largely financed by a 70 percent return on bed taxes collected there over 20 years.
